Optima DK-2189U is a rubber dome over membrane multimedia keyboard.
Almost nothing is known about this keyboard. It was discovered based on the inscription of the controller PCB of the Corsair Raptor LK1 keyboard. LK1 omits the row of eight media keys along the top provided by the design of the case. The rear label does not offer any obvious clues as to the manufacturer and the brand seems to be unknown. The top cover is silver, bordered with black, with a black area around the indicator lights. Only an ANSI version is known.
The media keys are: mute, volume up, volume down, play/pause, Web browser, mail client, an uncertain icon of a circle, and media player.
