What settings should I use for a Windows 10 computer?

Use setting 1 or 2 to set it to PS/2. If you have a PS/2 port, you can use it natively that way, although I suppose you'll need an adapter. If you only have USB, you'll need an active converter.

PS/2 = AT protocol (80286, 80386, 80486 etc.) so yeah go with option 1 or 2. #2 seems to be the same as #1 with the added exception of LK250/VT mode but that should not matter to you at all
