Honeywell E03601ELHW-C Switch Identification

Heya,
Found this Honeywell on ebay and was wondering what switch this was. My guess is rubber domes but I'm not sure.
If you could help me identify this it would be great

Pretty sure these are domes and not the good kind
Aussie eBay seller has had one listed for ages.

Shares the same model number format as Key Tronic boards though...might be worth a try.

Keytronic domes are usually passable i would give it a go if you can get it cheap enough
Keycaps look high for a done may be ok.
