Should I put IBM Enhanced Keyboard under the Maxi Switch OEM keyboards category on the wiki? How about under Lexmark OEM keyboards/Unicomp OEM keyboards?

If so, is there a list somewhere of which other Model M variants were made by Maxi, Lexmark and Unicomp?

I know the Black M13 was OEM'd by both Maxi Switch and Lexmark, so presumably the beige one was as well.
