I mean in both appearance and hotswap functionality.

According to that wiki, it uses Cherry MY and has no hotswap.

There are a bunch of custom PCBs you can get for the G80/G81-3000 series keyboards. They fit right in with no modifications; the MY and MX versions of the casings are identical and both can house these PCBs. If you want hotswap you'd have to install mill-max sockets. Type in "G80-3000 pcb" on a Taobao proxy for a low-effort option, since none of the other options are held in stock anywhere.

There's no readily available keyboard that matches what you want; you'll have to put some effort in if you really want it. But on the plus side, what Dingster suggested combined with the above is exactly what you asked for - the NCR-80 was entirely based on the G81-3077.

There’s an empty casing of an already butchered vintage G81-3077 SAU :!: for sale on eBay:

Basically, this is the starting point for your project as described by photekq.

On the other hand, simply getting a G8x-3000 and painting the upper shell would be considerably cheaper.
And if you absolutely want the NCR logo, perhaps you could simply ask the maker of the G-80 to sell you one of his fakes.
