IBM 3178 Keyboard

I have an IBM 3178 keyboard. Is there a soarer's converter available? If so, who sells them?
You probably want one of these.
I don't have a 3178 and never plan to, but Xwhatsit controllers are what's most common/supported for weird IBM boards.
