Where could I get a cable for an NTC KB-6151?

So, I just received an NTC KB-6151 yesterday, with its cable cut (as it was shown in the listing I got it from). Where could I get a cable for that particular keyboard, and where could I also get an internal converter for it?

You can use any DIN5 cable from cheap donor or even PS/2 cable. The main problem will be figuring out correct pinout for wires. Some vintage keyboard PCB's have those marked out near connector (with letters like G, D,V,C for Ground, Data, Voltage, Clock respectively) and others don't have any markings
.
Pin-out map can also help you if you decide using PS/2.

Anyone also have a pinout of the cable for the NTC and possibly a late fixed-cable Omnikey 101?
