Complicated Alps won't fit into a Matias case:

Matias has extra support for the switch plate which gets in the way when you try put put a complicated Alps switch plate in it

So who wants to start the group buy for SKCM/CL compatible transparent alps casings?
Should only need to order a million or so

When I've hit a million switches I'll start sending them back in their new transparent housings...

Clear switch housings are a gimmick. (Though all else equal, I don’t have any problem with them.)
But you don’t want to put existing Alps switches into Matias housings, as the internal dimensions are different all over the place, and the different types of plastics (POM vs. PC) have different other properties.
Just enjoy old Alps switches for what they are, and skip the blinking lights.
