I have no issues sending these to the US. I'll get a quote soon.

I'm in for one unless shipping to the US is ridiculous.

Up to 4 layers (640 programmable keys)
* Up to 255 custom/macro keys (29 byte strings)
* N-Key Rollover support (USB currently unknown - at least 6 keys as well)
* "Knob" support - can be used for volume, mouse wheel emulation or LED adjustments
* GPO high-current output port (commonly used for LED mods or as a communication port)
* much more features, but my Chinese skills are too inferior to properly understand any of it
..
Concurrent multiple-key no conflict support (N Key Rollover), 6KRO, 3KRO without using diodes, eliminate all USB keyboard compatibility problems (Litster: kind of imply NKRO over USB, but I am not sure).
...
If somone tells me how to add it to a Tipro keyboard (and make it stop beep if I hit Symbol-Shift-Anykey), I would be interested too!

If you connect it to a keyboard without diodes you need to enable key blocking. This makes it 3KRO.

I will take another 2 [total 4].
Thanks sixty.

In for three, possibly more depending on final price and features (led matrix support? controller linking?).

We might have to cancel this, price seems to be too high in the low order quantities. Not sure yet though, don't abandon all hope.

:( That would certainly be a shame. Can you tell us how high "too high" is?

The company making these things seems to be a professional manufacturing factory, so they are used to quantities in the thousands and above. The route that the VorTex people tried to help with ended in a dead end, since that company would only be able to make the IC, but not the PCB.

So now the next step will be to get in touch with the TaoBao seller and see if we can get a direct order from him at more realistic order quantities.

Imsto... he's on GH. Was nice enough to send me the programming software. It's a tad confusing, but functional.

I'm also definitely interested as long as the price doesn't go up.

Looks like they've stolen my ideas!

But luckily they didn't do it right and messed up the design with a stupid controller placement!

- I've asked to add those 3 extra columns to the left some weeks ago (not possible becuase the controller does not have enough pis to make use of these)
- Filling up the bottom row was my original idea!
- Spitting right shift was my idea (OK, this existed before)
- filling up the area above the cursor keys was my idea too (this also existed before, except on a Tenkeyless)
- To have a super-short Return right of \| is my own idea!

However, they failed to completely fill the cursor area, becuase of their stupid controller placement and
don't have the 1 unit key left of left shift. Also, the Phantom will be platemounted.

All Datacomp produced PCBs (Leopold, Archiss, Razer BlackWidow) use this style of PCB since ever they came out over a year ago. Full support for even Japanese spacebar and 1x1 windows/app keys.
