If you've got a board with beige enGB layout which you fancy shifting the caps on I'd take them off your hands, I want to replace the caps on my work board as when people come over to my desk they get highly confused at the qwertz layout... *facepalm*

Or even a whole board, if you're not looking ...

Answer yourself two questions:
How many fingers do you have?
How many keys can you press with them at the same time?

10 fingers , one nose, one tongue
Max is twelve, as long as so you keep your shoes on

A lot of games require you to faceroll your keyboard in order to win. So NKRO is ...

Which leads me to black switches. I will be typing a lot for school, and I have heard nasty rumors about fatigue when typing long things on black switches. But could these anecdotes be over-exaggerated? If I recall, black switches have a similar actuation force as a buckling spring, but you don't ...

I must say that after using my el cheapo blacks (they've become my drivers at work and home) from CeeSA, I prefer my G80-1800's over my slightly more premium Noppoo Choc Mini with browns. I still haven't tried blue or red yet though, so the jury is still out, but the force needed on blacks is ...

Yeah - today, I'll give it a while before I try it again, I'm a bit new to painting stuff, the last time I held a can of spray paint was when I was 13 and painting RC cars. :)

I just hope it does cure and meld in with the plastic, as it looks so awesome right now - it'll look even cooler when I get ...

On the final stage of modding my keyboard, I went out and bought the following paint today http://goo.gl/IW900 looks really good, although - I'm not sure it's the right stuff, as on the under side of the keyboard I gave it a little scratch with my nail and the paint came off - I was hoping that this ...

There is a massive thread on dying caps over at GH and also OCN, it's pretty easy - I also think this seller ships to EU, http://www.lainesworld.co.uk/L/RITDYEPOWDER.html ignore the shit layout on the site, the seller is rather prompt and packs it well.

I'm not planning on dying the case, but you ...

I'd totally go for an ISO layout one - I'm happy using my g80-1800 at work (having ANSI layout makes being a windows sys admin hard if you try to use enGB, and pisses people off if you use enUS :p), but I'd like to have a choice of switches as opposed to blacks, or paying £60 for a G80-3000 with ...

If he opened his shipping up to the rest of the EU he'd make a killing. I'm also quite sure that people would pay more for these boards anyway - like the 3 which I got, 1 was slightly crappy owing to the duff spacebar (not sure if that was shipping via DHL, or whether the board was just bust anyway ...

Typos depend on how good of a typer you are - they're DE layout, so if you have to hunt and peck, glhf with working it out, but I know all the keys\modifiers too - so it's no bother for me that it's DE layout. ;)

The boards are pretty good, they just need a good scrub when they arrive.

I've not tried them all yet - but I'd say, MX Brown, Black Alps (what I believe was used on Data General mainframe keyboards) and then MX Black.

Browns because they're the first switch used after ALPS Blacks, and have used them a bit more than my old DG MFs, ALPS blacks were nice - but the hardware ...

I want to replace the caps on this - but the right shift looks like a really odd size, can anyone with this board clarify what kind of cap I'd have to get for this? I'm assuming I can just get a set of Filco caps for the rest of the board but this one I will have to get something special for.

Grasshopper - if you manage to get something out of them, let me know as I'd be interested in a couple too - I'd also split the postage with you, and then postage to myself (or if you live in London, I'd meet you there and grab them off you.)
