The layout isn't much different from standard. The biggest change is the inclusion of backspace keys on the spacebar row. You'd adjust pretty quickly.

Hi guys,

I'm trying to figure out how to write a macro config for Soarer's controller. I need a key to alternate between one function and another.

First keypress: send LGUI & PAD_PLUS
Second keypress: send LGUI & ESC
Then cycle back on subsequent keypresses.

I can't figure out the logic to do ...

Here's my ridiculous layout. I just implemented qwert/yuiop mirroring. In concert with my G600 mouse, it's very useful in Excel.

Hmm. Maybe there's a version mismatch in the tools or hex file. Try checking for the latest version of everything. The converter package should be ver. 1.12.

I closed the case with some maple and a 1.5mm sheet of laser-cut stainless. It's ridiculously heavy. I ruined a countersink bit drilling in the stainless, so the screws aren't totally flush. Stainless steel is really tough stuff.

I found some 1.5mm thick clear rubber feet on amazon.com.

You define a key to issue some nonsense code, say F20... then define F20 to be the macro.

I'm actually using F13-24, so I chose an AUX code for that macro, which worked. Thank you.

Yup. Squarer matrices are more efficient on pin use. (Add the rows and columns.) But what you save in pins, you pay for in complexity when figuring out exactly where the switches are.
