I would print the keycap splitted in the middle (with a gap). Install the two parts and check for the (potential) angle between the two top parts. This will indicate if there are adjustments to be made in your design.

Turns out, the keyboard part (R2 to R6) is R310, and the upper part is >R330, may be >R400 - at least on my model M backplate. I have XT, AT and F122 backplates, but my lifting restrictions currently prevent me from accessing those. Expect more results in about two weeks.

I managed to create a mold for the flippers using silicone. This is my first attempt at doing something like this. It's a learning curve.
I usedthe following mix:

14 ml epoxy
