Btw, I'd love to visit the Ergo Expo to see and try all these new ergonomics coming out, but at almost $1000 per day I could buy 4-5 roller mice!

Sanding took a few nights, but I'm fairly happy with how it turned out.

Unfortunately, at 20" long, it's a bit unwieldy next to my tenkeyless.

I may try chopping the buttons out to shorten the whole thing, but I wouldn't attempt it ...

I'm hoping to recreate a home row friendly function key layout similar to HHKB or KBC Poker for my full size keyboard.

Are there any keyboards (or small laptops) with especially great layouts I might want to steal ideas from?

At work I run Shades to tone down the cornea-burning iMac display.

BTW, I was unable to operate my old mouse using my middle (R2) and ring (R3) fingers without eventually developing the same pain as from my index (R1) and middle (R2) fingers. I think the tendons that control your fingers (wiggling) are all fairly interconnected.

You can also get mouse clicking software that clicks the mouse for you - takes a little getting used to though.

Touch screens won't ever replace the keyboard. It doesn't make the "keyboard" interaction any better.

More likely we'll see a mind reading keyboard input showing up in our lifetime, but before that we'll definitely have some commercially available "thought/mind" controlled mice.
