Re: F104+SSK+122+62+77+50+Ergo orders now open! New Kishsaver+Industrial Model F Keyboards

The solenoid isn't stuck--if I keep pressing the toggle key it will click away happily. I don't think there's a key stuck down on the keyboard--I tested them all several times after setting up-- but it's an interesting theory: because of nkro it may confuse the software but the keyboard may still ...

Thanks, Ellipse!

I tried selecting the "Erase Firmware" option and then dragging in the firmware again (before I just entered the bootloader and dragged it in.)

It definitely didn't work "out of the box" with the firmware that was there. That firmware wouldn't even sound the solenoid when I hit ...

Re: F104+SSK+122+62+77+50+Ergo orders now open! New Kishsaver+Industrial Model F Keyboards

I installed the Solenoid, taking extreme care to make sure that the red wire is on the square pad of both the LeydenJar controller and the xwhatsit solenoid driver.

I couldn't get the solenoid to do anything, so I tried installing the latest firmware from The ModelFKeyboards website using the ...

(Yes, I know I don't have the "Industrial" keys in the right place, but I'm just going to use them for media keys)

Haven't put the solenoid in yet; it took me a while to set up because I had to open the inner assembly.

I've never done this before (I have an F104 that I've never had to take apart) and want to be very careful. Where, exactly, did you clamp it? How do you know how tight you need? I presume these are to get the bottom tabs in place? Did you take a picture of it clamped?

Ok! I never did this ...

my F122 arrived safely just earlier today, but with some minor easily fixable damage (bent pins on solenoid driver) to the accessories.
I took the inner assembly apart and modified the board by putting in basically as many flippers as I humanly could, aside from not splitting the enter key. put it ...

I just got the Model F 122. (I already had a Model F 104 which I'm using right now and am very happy with it.)

I managed to get the two vertical stabilizers on the numpad in upside down (i.e., rotated 180) and can't pull them out with any method I've seen. (I tried the screw and paper method, the q ...
