If you’ve actually got the keyboard, you could try a few things. Ruling out ABS is a start: try the acetone test . Don’t know off the top of my head if it can distinguish between PBT and POM though.

Spacebars are often a different material from the rest of the caps ...

thank you for the second opinion! after doing some more digging, I'm also fairly certain they're the typical Cherry black pom with white filled legends. I was just a bit confused since the 6U spacebar has "PBT" printed underneath

This is my first post so please pardon me if I should have left this as a reply to some thread, but I was curious if anyone would be able to identify the type of material used for these keycaps from a Desko BMOS 5200 UP evo. Please see the attached images.
