I agree with robo here. Coming from a retail background specifically in computer hardware, peripherals, etc.. Some customers are not to be reasoned with. You risk them damaging your reputation if you go to bat with too many of them even if they are all in the wrong. You have to pick your battles ...

If you really zoom in, the right cap doesn't really have any more bleeding than the left. It only might look as though it does because it's a thicker/bolder line to start with. I'd say the left is the original because of the placement. Great update, exciting! =D
