I have tried what its acknowledged as "high-tier" switches, such as good condition alps switches, optical swiches, buckling springs, etc.

I got this board a while ago, its a Tatung C1250 (apparently) and i've been trying to convert it without using teensys or things like that because they are super expensive on my area (on Chile they can easily cost twice or 3 times more)

The thing is that I am not very experienced on converting ...

Just found this keyboard yesterday, any clue on the model itself?
Note that it says "DATE=81.2.1" although mx blacks i think were introduced on 1984

Haven't seen anything like that. I understand that a wavefront analyzer evaluates the "visual performance" of the eye, so it may even be a proprietary switch.
Anyway, it sure looks good!

I second the motion for an ultrasonic cleaner, if you have one. Personally I like to take them apart and inspect each switch part before tossing them into the ol' vibrating bathtub. That way you can know which things are naffed beyond cleaning and if you need replacements.

Apparently for what I have seen it uses Alps SKFL switches
I don't have any info on those, so I won't do any buying

I am currenly testing a white alps board I found, I cleaned it and opened all the switches to clean them out.
Is it normal they still bind?
It is quite used, the keycaps have quite a lot of shine on them tho.

I recently found out that logitech released a new romer g linear switch, it comes with the G513, and i have no extra info about it. There seems to be no one to notice this on deskthority, so i would recommend someone to update its page on the wiki
