For me the difference is : POM is softer than PBT. The print seems also to be more regularly done on the white PBT than on the black POM. This is my experience on these keycaps, not sure if people will agree with me.

Although I love my Noppoos I wouldn't buy a backlight one there is no point in it IMO.

I agree with you Mr Interface, a "cheap" mechanical keyboard from Cherry is a good thing. Same for me I use my Noppoo with browns at work and so far nobody complained about the noise. I also tried red (which I don't fancy too much for typing) and no problem either. I suppose blues are really noisy

Voilà la bête (si je puis dire), au niveau encombrement c'est idéal, ça prends absolument pas de place sur mon bureau. J'ai mis mon portable (Desire S) dessus pour juger de la largeur (13cm).
