Did you ever fix the issue with stabilizers coming loose in the early bamboo boards? And will you be able to get pictures or at least dimensions of the bamboo 60% case before the drop closes?

Have you seen a 60% bamboo prototype and do you have any pictures or details in how it will look compared to the acrylic one?

I'm excited that it finally dropped, but now I have the problem of deciding between bamboo or acrylic and 60% or TKL.

Will the factory keep all case and key molds after production or will you get them afterwards? Or do molds wear down? Mostly asking about the keycaps since they could probably be used for custom keysets if there is enough interest.

All of my order is in Phase 1 so I'm also very interested in an explanation of this change in status.

I would have preferred 60%, but at the same time I don't want it if the firmware is not improved or fully programmable so I would still be in for a tenkeyless.

Yeah, that's pretty tacky. I confirmed that these boards were hand built, and that the production run will be done in an SMT reflow oven. But that doesn't address the cables.

The touch sensitive buttons on the side seem unnecessary and the functions that they provide should probably just be available from a layer. It just seems so wrong to have a switch like that on a keyboard with otherwise lovely mechanical switches.

Any idea if the manufacturer wants to just sell switches and if they would be easily usable with a teensy or something similar.

Speaking of configuration - it is possible to select the exact actuation point by changing a resistor value on the board. We're still thinking through ways to offer adjustable actuation heights without sacrificing waterproof operation.

The way these switches / housings are designed it seems that any changes in sliders and housing design, such as tactility, could be done entirely by changing by clipping a new housing onto the pcb completely without soldering anything. Is that correct?
