I have sent 2 PM's in march and july w.r.t. to a missing item in the shipnent but I have had no response.

I hope you can resolve this issue with me. I suggest:
- either send the missing item
- or discuss an equivalent replacement
- or refund half the order (its 2 full keyboards) for EUR 133 ...
