How do you guys combat Carpal Tunnel if you have it?
I have carpal tunnel in both of my hands. I am just curious what tips and tricks you guys have come up with combat it or make the symptoms less noticeable. I have been doing exercises and stuff like that to keep limber but I still get some numbness after a while. I use the braces before I go to bed ...

ALPS was definitely more widely used, but you have to consider that what most people consider "Alps" is just their SKCM/SKCL series. They also had the earlier SKCC, the later SKBM/SKBL, Alps plate spring, Alps integrated domes, Alps slider over membrane, etc.

Are they electrically the same to alps? Cause if its an issue of fitting in the mounting holes you can always buy a pcb drill bit and dril; them to fit. If you can go this route make sure you buy extras cause you will break these bits if you use a hand drill. I use a piece of wood and rest the edge ...
