What kind of crazy price do you want for the F77? I'd be very interested in buying it, but I know already that it's going to be far, far above anything that I could pay.

impressive photekq, but I have a feeling that Ellipse will not go for that!

I hope I am wrong!

I read about $1,750 to $2,000 on GH. Collectors

I don't think I spent over $ 1000 on all my keyboards combined yet! And I have a nice collection by now. That's just putting things in perspective.

Yup. We're all cheapskates! Plugging keyboards into computers that cost *more* than the board? Crazy. Sullying NIB condition IBMs? Unforgiveable!
Count me out of all this. The only four figure keyboard I have an eye for is a
Nord.

i am even worse with an AT101 plugged into a NAS worth over 1000 GBP

the 3 orange FN caps i have on it are prob worth more than the AT101 even if it is in mint condition.

I'm incredibly jealous of that F77.
I really need to learn to make PCBs for my own custom XTant layout...

Any recommendations on a lightweight protective travel case for an F77-sized keyboard? I was thinking something that had the gray foam that you could cut to the dimensions of whatever you're storing, like one of those hard shell camera luggage cases but as small as possible for an F77.
Something where I could cut out a small rectangular foam piece to place on top of the keyboard in the case that just touches the edges, so that the keys would not all be pressed if the case is stored upside down.
17" by 7" by 1.5" are the keyboard dimensions.
Someone recommended this, which is the closest I've found:

I’d say the F77 is basically indestructible. If you need to travel with it, just attach a handle and you’re all set.

Doubles as weapon

too good looking to be a weapon!

Blunt weapons are no good, too messy leaves you with a long cleanup time. You are better with sharp weapons, like the insides of a cheap computer case, they will cut anything

You might also want to look at musical instrument cases.
