Nothing fancy, I was strolling in Florence the other day and spotted this in an electrician's store, buried under some magazines... I though I could take some pictures.

Lady: "can I help you?"
me: "no, taking some pictures to this typewriter, don't mind me"





switches are stiff and linear, but I couldn't remove some keycaps to watch inside.

Nice! In the eighties I used to type on the next bigger model (ET221) as an input/output device connected to an Olivetti word processor ("electronic typing system") ETS 2010. It had a fanfold paper tray and printed (bi-directional!) at a fabulous speed of 30 characters per second, i.e. printing a page took only 1 to 1.5 minute (provided, of course, it did not stop to let you change the daisy because e.g. of italics in the text)

As an input device, it had a crisp and quiet feel clearly superior to the IBM Selectric I had used before. No clue about the switches, though.
