We are deciding to move to our own in-house servers, instead of hosted.
Our current hosting company is driving me nuts.
I am NOT a Linux guru.
A fellow says he has already installed Magento 1.9 on one server, MySQL on another, and a firewall/router on a 3rd.
I can get someone local to hook everything up. We have optical service and dedicated IP addresses.
I need someone to watch/maintain/upgrade as needed, and occasionally do a couple of mods.
We also use Dolibarr.

Nobody has to be in TX. All of this can be done remotely 
If the hardware fails, we have redundancy, and I can replace it myself (or have one of my techs do it)
