Picked this keyboard up a couple weeks ago for nearly nothing (less than $5), missing spacebar and left control key. Despite not having much use for it without either a regular controller or teensy I cleaned it up anyways, because why the hell not? I did find that for cleaning the case Simple Green and water mixture works great and didn't eat the plastic or the label. Tested it out as I was using it for cleaning a lawn mower and it worked quite well.

Pictures are a bit crap from equipment issues: 18-55 lens doesn't focus and gives err99 9/10 times of trying to use it and my only other lens is a 75-300 lens. Can't wait to get a new camera.
Spoiler:

As it was when I got it.

Wasn't expecting a grounding strap inside.

These are keyboards for the 3151 series terminals. Unlike IBM's other terminals, if you found the matching screen, you could hook it up to a serial port on a modern system.

Looking that up, I find this picture of a (similar?) 3161 terminal in action:

The numpad legends on Compgeke's and my board do indeed look like they were for drawing box line art. I remember seeing lots of it, still around in the 90s.
