Now that's a good deal
Got your PM and PMed you back about the keycaps.
For the cable, just take a normal PS/2 cable (pins on both ends) and (carefully but completely) remove the small plastic tongue between the pins on one end. Now this end fits into the 8 pin socket of the keyboard - and the keyboard is fully operational.

(Not my picture, I confess:)
The 8 pin socket (on the right in the picture, and of course on the left side when you sit in front of the keyboard) is where you plug the modified side of the PS/2 cable. It will fit. You just have to eliminate the plastic tongue of the connector because there is no corresponding hole in the socket. The other, unmodified end of the cable is to be plugged into your computer.
The "normal" PS/2 socket (left side in the picture) is for chaining your normal keyboard: plug the PS/2 connector of your keyboard in there. Needed for programming the Tipro keyboard, but also to use both keyboards at a time.
I have been using this configuration for a few weeks now. It works perfectly.

And by the way,

Yes, I did pay quite a lot + a lot for shipping, but have a look at the one keyboard at the left on the upper row of the auction picture:
It’s a staggered qwerty keyboard, i.e. a normal typing keyboard. That is the one I really wanted, and it was really worth it. It has Cherry black switches and is fully programmable, and I now use it as my daily driver (with normal Cherry keycaps).
But of course, 0,50€ for yours is quite unbeatable

could you please post pictures of that board in the pictures section? I would love to see it.
Im using a staggered Access board like yours that was modded to blues.
