Uses what seem to be a clone of the Honeywell Dual Magnet Hall Effect switches. There are quite a few differences though, and the quality of the entire board is actually quite nice for a Soviet Bloc product. The NIB new'ness of it helps though

What's different however, is that the switch uses 4 magnets instead of 2, and the Hall Effect sensor is covered (perhaps to hide that they copied it?). The slider design is also different. As well as the keycaps (which is quite different).
The mounting looks identical, as well as the pinout.
The switch is easy to dismantle and re-assemble, except for removing the magnets. Which are held in place by plastic welds.
