[almost solved] USA-proxy to forward Nikon stuff required

I need a proxy to get some weird things like a leather neck strap and while we are at it, a 52mm Hoya HD2-filter.

At least the seller of the neck strap does not want to ship outside USA ( ) and shipping along the HD2-filter would save me shipping costs.
