My CM QFR Stealth with Cherry green switches finally arrived from Amazon. I have been waiting for months to try out green switches, and now that I have, I never want to go back to any other Cherry switch. Moreover, I found the QFR to be an excellent keyboard in many other ways. I have posted a complete review over on GH, and rather than repeat it here, I will refer you to the link:

Now I would like to find keyboards in the 60% to 75% categories that provide Cherry green switches as an option. I hope that other companies will follow CM (who put greens in a TKL board) and Ducky (who put greens in full-size boards).

This is an awkward situation: I did not expect to like the CM QFR Stealth so much. It had been on backorder so long that I had acquired a number of other keyboards and was settling in with my Poker II and Leopold FC660M (both with Cherry blues), already modding them with custom caps.

Now that I have tried the CM QFR Stealth with Cherry greens, it has already become my new favorite. However, I have also become enamored of sub-TKL boards in the 60-70% range. Because CM's TKL product is so good, and given that they seem to have a corner on the market for green switches, at least in the West, I hope that they might be persuaded to broaden their horizons a bit more by producing one or more mini keyboards with green switch options.

CM could give such boards as the Poker II, Keycool 84, or Leopold FC660M some important new competition, particularly by offering Cherry greens as an option.
