Silitek/LiteOn keyboard, branded Win under Silitek and LiteOn under LiteOn. First made in Taiwan then later in Malaysia (both those branded Win and LiteOn have been made in Malaysia)
(I should probably mention that most of this is only correct when talking about the BIGASS-ANSI version, SK-00A2-1U)
