Looks like it could be an adapter for using Cherry compatible keycaps on Alps switches.
If so, excellent idea :!:

Exactly what I thought. While we're at it: does something like a MX-stem-to-IBM-M-caps adapter exist?

It starts with used Cherry G80-3000 with lasered keycaps and ends with a NIB Space cadet keyboard.

Instead of houses you add keycaps.

:-)

It would cause so many arguments. For instance anything cherry should be nice and cheap.

There has only been eight days on this year yet and project 1 looks like it's already half finished. Send it to Shapeways and show us a keyboard with really tall keys! :-)

Actually.... I have access to a 3D printer.

It turned out the current design can't be printed due to 'overhang' . I am trying to get freeCad to do as I want, I only want to move an edge @#$&(@#$!@*()@$.

That, my friend, is a genuine black PC Matias Quiet Pro. Testing it for gaming :-)

Is that some sort of contraption that lets you lift the mouse by simply raising your hand, rather than having to grip it with the fingers and lift it up? If so that's a brilliant idea, because that annoys me with some mice where there isn't really anywhere for my fingers to get a proper grip for lifting the mouse.
