I got hold of an old Cherry G81-3000 HAD keyboard. Its AT+XT switchable I believe and I want to restore it. Unfortunately it is missing two keycaps, the F8 cap and the backticks one. Also one of the plugers is broken of. The keycaps are doubleshot ones. The switches are Cherry MY.
Has anyone spare caps available? I'm located in Germany, so shipping-wise it would be good if I can source it within Europe.

Nice caps.
As you can tell from the code: G81-3000 HAD is a lovely set of Hochdruck Spritzguss doubleshot caps on a rather ho hum G81 full of Cherry MY. Those switches are widely regarded as among the very worst ever made, yet the caps are among the best of the best!
Fortunately, the caps are highly compatible with better keyboards. This includes the G80 line of similarly aged Cherry originals, which are the higher end MX versions. These often come with lousy caps (Lasered especially), so you can get the best of both by mixing them.

Yes, the caps are quite nice. I´d rather keep the board as it is XT/AT switchable as mentioned.
