For sale is my 1988 IBM Model M in excellent condition;
This example is from 25-08-1988 and features a Grey plate and wire stabilisers on all vertical keys. It of course uses the famous Buckling Spring mechanism.
It has been cleaned to an excellent standard and is in almost perfect Condition. The key feel is great and is one of the best I've had of 20+ Model M's. This particular board has almost all its rivets intact and as such does not yet need a bolt mod, but I'm happy to do so in the future for a very low price. The barrelplate has no cracking and all stabilisers can be lubed should the new owner choose.
Note: F1 and Print screen keycaps are missing.
The bottom label is missing but model and date can be confirmed from the internal sticker.
A NOS SDL to PS/2 cable is included and the board is fully tested and working with no issues.
A ps/2 to usb Soarers converter is included in the sale
