I bought a Tactile Pro for Mac, which I liked a LOT. But it doesn't have an insert key, which is a big problem for me at work. Hoping someone has one lying around they're not using.

You cannot. I tried that. The "Help"key on the Tactile Pro 4 is now a Modifier key labeled fn and doesn't produce a scan code. In email exchanges with Matias, they told me I should be able to press fn+delete to get insert, but that's not working for me. I tried it on Windows and on Linux.
If fn+delete worked, I would just use the keyboard.
I can hit the clear key (Caps Lock) and then do shift 0, but that's just more typing than I want to do. If I wanted to do that, I would get a 60% layout and use layers.

The best thing about the Matias is the built in USB 2 hub. I have my trackball plugged in the side, and my Yubikey plugged in the one on the back.
