Depending on what you find, you might want to try giving TomTrev a shout. We're in the UK, so not in the EU any more (because a significant portion of the population is thick enough to shoot themselves in the foot in a spectacular and unprecedented fashion), but not far away either so might be easy enough to ship to you.

Its pretty easy to make one of those yourself. All you need is an Arduino pro micro clone for 5 bucks. Look up soarer converter or check out tmk firmware on GitHub.
