Question about the Soarer's converter

As shown in the pictures above, IBM terminal keyboard has a pin called "PE" on the 7th. Where should I connect this one to?
In addition, in order to complete this converter, is everything I have to do is the following?:
1. Solder/Connect/Wire RJ45's 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (pins) to teensy++'s Vcc, PD0, PD1, GND, [?]
2. Install hex in teensy++
3. Done
I would be grateful if someone can confirm myself if they are correct and the existence of the PE pin!
p.s) I am sorry if I am lacking out of some informations, since I still have no clear thoughts on these circuit works

On my M122-conversions I never connected the PE pin.

PE is likely protective earth and not necessary to wire up to a controller board.
