Unfortunately I have never had the pleasure of BTC D/S! This popped up on eBay last week and I knew they're uncommon/highly regarded so I nabbed it. It arrived an hour ago but yeh, I knew straight away it wasn't what I was after. Similar to Topre but the tactility is sharper and breaks more easily? My rule when I pay "real money" for something is, love at first sight (touch) or it's gone!
