I'm gonna build one of these bad boys.
https://myretrocomputer.com/ I'm going to swap out the cherry switches but I've never actually owned a C64 so I was wondering what the feel of the original switches was like. I assume they were linear?

So, that is what happened with the "Commodore 64x" from Commodore USA ... but this new company is in the UK. Huh?
The original's key switch was a type of Mitsumi hybrid switch on PCB. Linear and a little mushy.
