I'm aware this isn't really the most common place to trade keycaps but thought it was worth a shot. I'm in the US, so keep that in mind for shipping. I am also happy to buy GMK monochrome with straight cash, looking to spend around 250ish USD, but am fine to negotiate.

Also, if anybody has the special screwdriver required to take apart a model m let me know, I've been trying to bolt mod mine but I am unable to take it apart.

iFixit kits include the bit needed to take apart a Model M, and the screwdrivers can reach in there. Not sure if that helps you or not lol.
