Looking for an IBM SSK (at a price that doesn't break the bank). Please PM me with pics and your asking price. EU preferred.
That price seems fairadamcobabe wrote: 03 Apr 2020, 12:19 I have an extra SSK with Displaywrite keycaps that has been bold modded. I'll be selling it soon. Not sure I can let it go for less than $200, though. Let me know if you are interested.
I don't expect the price of original SSK to drop at all. There is still the collector's factor that you have to take in account.fohat wrote: 05 Jan 2020, 15:39 If you can wait a few months, the price will probably drop when the Unicomp line comes out, and even with shipping to Europe a new one shouldn't be too bad.
$200 for a modded SSK is basically what I sold mine for about 7-8 years agoadamcobabe wrote: 03 Apr 2020, 12:19 I have an extra SSK with Displaywrite keycaps that has been bold modded. I'll be selling it soon. Not sure I can let it go for less than $200, though. Let me know if you are interested.
Yes, I figured out the EU reseller is keyboardco.com - Their prices are comparable to US pricing....ntv242 wrote: 03 Apr 2020, 15:53Hold on, there are resellers of unicomp in Germany and UK!kmnov2017 wrote: 06 Jan 2020, 15:09 Unfortunately, Unicomp has a very high shipping fee. On top of that with VAT we are looking at around USD 200. So basically quite high if you ask me. Hence the request for an original SSK.
