I managed to get 2 International sets thanks to a guy from this forum, but they're from R1 and the legends are a bit wonky. So far I haven't even seen a set from R2 anywhere.
All I could offer you (for the price of shipping), are the keys, that I don't need for my German layout.
If the Italian layout, that I googled, is correct, that would mean:
R1: "3" and the 2 keys right of "0"
R2: the "èé"
R3: all 3 right of "L"
R4: none, I'm afraid
