I think this board needs no introduction
. Greased the stabilisers this time, to get rid of the spacebar rattle. Hope you enjoy the video, and happy holidays!

Sounds great. If you wanted to silence the spacebar even more, you could apply small strips of thin self-adhesive polyurethane foam to where the spacebar stabilizer inserts strike the plate.

Hmm. I thought this might be the case, given that your Acer is essentially brand new. My usual situation is to find used and abused keyboards on which the spacebar shock absorbers are nonexistent or in terrible condition, so I usually add or replace the foam strips. In addition, on Alps boards, I sometimes replace the spacebar slider with one from a Matias Quiet switch. Likewise, if the spacebar was clicky, I might choose to swap the click leaf with a tactile leaf. Although I enjoy allowing keys elsewhere on the board to express themselves fully (except for Topre, whose switches I lube and adorn with rings), I prefer to dampen spacebar sounds as much as possible.
