The Gigabyte has a standard layout so will allow you to replace keycaps in the future. It doesn't use Cherry MX switches though if that matters to you.

Weird I'm wrong on that actually. Looks like the K85 uses Kailh while the K83 uses Cherry MX. So definitely the GB.

Don't know about the Gigabyte board, but
the Cherry Board is build with a very sturdy steel(I believe) switch plate. So no flex with that board. It also comes with lower profile keycaps if that is something you prefer.

Last time I was looking into affordable sub 100€ mechanical keyboards, my best pick was the Coolermaster Rapid-i
This model has since been replaced by the Masterkeys line. They are available in RGB, single color and no backlight, hopefully for under 100€ in some variant.
Things i was looking for in a mechanical keyboard:
- Detachable cable
- Cherry stabilizers (NO COSTAR CRAP!!!)
- 100% Standard layout with 1.25u bottom row
- No client software for configuration required
