Suggestion: Teflon wristrest/desktop

Likely the strange way I type, but commonly I find the need to move my hands across the keyboard by moving my elbows to the right position so as to not develop a certain deadly disease called muscle strain xd
What if the desk surface that your arms were resting against, or even the wristrest that you were typing on allowed you to move freely?
I was first of all thinking about ball bearings but then this came into mind, a much simpler and cheaper solution to a common problem I believe.
Now I don't have the tooling or the material to try this out, but if someone has access to a few sheets of teflon, please try it out and post it here lol
