Does anyone know anything about this keyboard I picked up recently? I was wondering if I could maybe convert it to PS/2 or USB. It has a rj11 port and uses cherry mx blacks

It's a Wyse rebrand. You might be able to find Wyse pinouts in Soarer's documentation or elsewhere. Do a bit of research. If your Google-Fu isn't strong, I'll help out.

Yes, that one is more known as a
Wyse PCE. The variation with the raised rectangle above the Function key row should be a variation that talks a terminal protocol.
Soarer designed a converter for Wyse's protocol to USB:
workshop-f7/wyse-converter-t7424.html
You would have to build one yourself. Least expensive would be to base it on a Arduino Pro Micro (5V/16MHz version) board which you could get for around $5 on eBay. What you would need to do to get it running is to load Soarer's firmware to it and configure it. Then connect the wires to the board but you might want to make it pretty with a box and socket or by mounting the board inside the keyboard.
BTW, it is not called RJ11 if it is using different signalling than the RJ standard. That would be like calling ever mini-DIN socket "PS/2". You are far from the first person to get this confused...

It honestly depends.
To be a true vintage black it has to have the lighter spring, however just beacuse its not a vintage black does not mean its like a modern black, it will be smoother and will feel better than new crap.
If its that layout chances are its just an old black.
The classifications i use are ( in order of how nice they are)
True Vintage Black / Nixies
Old Blacks
Normal Blacks ( they are new or NOS blacks that somehow feel better)
Modern Crap

I have seen several times that Wyse PCE keyboards have been reported to have had two revisions of Cherry MX Black switches on the same keyboard.
... But I have never heard of the same keyboard having two keys that felt different.
