Thought you gusy might like to see this as this is a very early (1982) Alps integrated dome based keypad. This is an add-on for the Apple II computer and adds a numeric keypad. It is made by The Keyboard Company (TKC).

Here are pics from the Wiki:

This may be the one that Datanetics engineer and TKC founder Mike Muller talks about:

Mike Muller is also responsible for that weird tin foil Apple II keyboard, the RFI-compliant one. I need to badger Tammy again as she took some nice photos of one and I want the originals for the wiki.

Sounds like it. There is also an Apple branded version that is for the Apple II and a later Apple branded numeric keypad that is for the Apple IIe. I believe the TKC keypads are the earlier ones.

I should see if I have a TKC joystick for the heck of it :) I also have two or three Apple IIIs. I should check those keyboards at some point to see if they are TKC keyboards and see what they used.
