Moving numpad to the left in a G 80 1500

Hi there,
I was thinking about moving the numpad to the left side on a G 80 1500 with card reader. I already cut and glued the case. it fits ok but I am having trouble with the PCB. I don't know how to connect the pins when I cut off the numpad. I already did an SSK mod on a G80-3000 similar to this thread workshop-f7/g80-3000-ssk-mod-t8486.html so I have a little experience with this kind of work. I plan on making a post with the complete build as soon as it is done. I am not sure how to handle the card reader. Can I just ignore the traces that are connected to the reader? I attached a picture of the PCB where I started to trace the connections. Maybe someone has some input for me how to proceed with this.
