Did you pick this up on eBay recently? I got one exactly like it, from the same year too! I've got the switches and keycaps on this board:

They've been around for a while now, I also got two of them a while ago. Never before seen keycaps that worn... one keyboard even had some lacquer on all caps and the other one was just worn to a point that some keycaps where fully flat. Used the caps for my sandblasting experiments

Yeah its my third, they pop on ebay from time to time up, this one have still texture on the keycaps and is in good condition, but the other ones are similiar to your Wodan.
