Help! Good sources for odds and ends parts in the US?

This one's driving me up a wall. I have a stack of parts to buy.
Lubricant, the prices on Amazon are insane, TechKeys doesn't have spring lube, MK apparently has nothing any more, EK's is not for switches, and I just cannot find any other sources. And I have a LOT of switches to lube. (360 to be precise.)
Keycaps, I'm being driven insane by trying to rebuild a KBT Pure - but I can't find the short right shift key. R4, sure. R3, nope. And I don't want to drop $100 or even $60 on keycaps when it's very likely the only salvageable part will be the switches and case (meaning the right shift key is probably gonna end up worthless!)
Springs, I found them at MK, but none of the other parts. Not a one.
And that's been the refrain. Repeat that literally everywhere else. They have one item, but none of the rest. Surely there's got to be somebody who actually HAS all these parts in one place? I know I can't be the first, won't be the last either.
