I just had a look at my other Tiki-100, from ca. 1987, just before they stopped producing them. This has Siemens STB-11 switches with black/brown frame and red slider. The feel of the switch is that there is some resistence at first, but then it gives in just at the actuation point and it's linear after that. This is almost the complete opposite to the Sasse switches most often used in these machines (those are two-stage linear).

Here are some detailed pictures of the mechanism. The contacts are gold-plated, with spring. By default it's forced in an open state by a pin on the slider, but when you press the slider the pin moves out of the way and the contact closes.

Yes, all the switches are black/brown with red sliders, no variation at all.
